Summit Place is a planned 350,000 square foot power center combining big-box retailers and supporting pad tenants located in Lee’s Summit at I-470 and Chipman Road. This high growth corridor is the current home to two previous RED projects: Summit Fair and SummitWoods Crossing, that are immediately adjacent to the Summit Place property.

Opening is currently planned for Spring 2013.
