Woodbury Lakes is a 310,000-square-foot open-air shopping center located on the east side of St. Paul in Woodbury, Minn. The project features top retailers and dining venues within a charming downtown “Main Street” atmosphere.

With a turn-of-the-century architectural design, the buildings are decoratively clad with medallions and other ornamental features. Designed for the varied shopping, entertainment and dining needs of today’s consumer, the pedestrian-friendly layout includes strolling walkways, extensive gardens and a signature spacious central courtyard.

Woodbury Lakes marks RED’s second project in the Twin Cities. Their first shopping center, The Shoppes at Arbor Lakes in Maple Grove, is the first lifestyle center in the Minneapolis/St. Paul market.
