Brett Heron
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Brett Heron oversees finance, accounting and asset management for RED as Chief Financial Officer. In a company with a diverse portfolio ranging from new ground up development projects to core operating assets, Heron’s expertise in acquisitions, development, financing and dispositions provides a comprehensive perspective to this role. He is currently responsible for sourcing debt and equity, corporate financial planning and providing oversight to the asset management and accounting departments.

Mike Kallner
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, LEASING

As Executive Vice President of Leasing for RED, Mike Kallner manages the company’s team of leasing professionals and provides leadership in leasing strategy and deal-making. He brings more than 25 years of high-level experience in retail development, business development and real estate finance to his current position at RED, which focuses on the national power center portfolio and the full Arizona portfolio, with special emphasis on the restaurant sector and peripheral land sales.

Barry Shannahan
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, ACQUISITIONS & DEVELOPMENT

As Executive Vice President of Acquisitions & Development for RED, Barry Shannahan brings over 20 years of broad real estate experience to the company’s development projects. He contributes expertise in development, redevelopment, financing and project management to advance RED’s development pipeline. As well, Shannahan’s knowledge of site selection, market analysis, and strategic entitlement management, along with strong industry relationships, continue to support RED’s key acquisitions and dispositions.

Jeff Haney
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, DEVELOPMENT

Jeff Haney, Executive Vice President of Development, taps broad commercial real estate experience to manage all phases of real estate development processes for RED in key projects around the country. Haney’s leadership includes initiation and oversight of site acquisition, partnership structure, feasibility, budget and proforma creation, public-private participation, entitlements, equity and debt financing, construction, leasing and sales coordination.
