Trapper’s Phoenix Sushi 101 & Sake Tasting Event!
Exclusive to Phoenix Trapper’s fans, #TrappersNightOut Sushi-Making Course and Sake Tasting event is just right for a chill evening after work!
It begins with edamame appetizers and mingling. After that, it’s on to our premium sake tasting, provided by JFC. This sake flight features four delicious, hand-picked sakes: Hana Awaka Peach Sparkling Sake, Ozeki Nigori Cloudy Sake, Hakushika Hana-Kohaku Junmai Daiginjo Plum Sake, and Junmai Ozeki Premium!
Then we hit the main event – guided by our expert and friendly sushi chefs, you will take your first steps on the journey of making Trapper’s Sushi! Pick the ingredients for your individual sushi creation and our Trapper’s chefs will ride along as you build it. You’ll learn to prepare the mat, assemble the ingredients, ROLL IT UP tight, and top it like a pro! Along the way, you’ll learn interesting sushi facts and tips & tricks for making great sushi rolls.
Dessert will be provided as we finish our sushi class, and since it’s Wednesday, you can always take advantage of all our Wine Down Wednesday deals!
