Strawberry Bliss ($12.00): Strawberry Nigori Sake mixed with strawberry purée and vodka, with a sweet sugar rim

Spicy Shot ($8.00): Hana Awaka Sparkling Yuzu Sake with muddled jalapeno, 21 Seeds cucumber & jalapeno tequila, and pineapple, rimmed with Japanese pepper
