Skate It Forward Night Benefitting Upward and Onward
Let’s keep the reason for the season alive! Each Wednesday, CitySkate will be partnering with a different organization to help raise funds and awareness. On Wednesday, December 1st, $5 from every ticket sold will be donated to Upward and Onward. Join us in our effort to “Skate It Forward” this holiday season.
About Upward and Onward:
The Mission of Upward and Onward at CityScape is to increase employment relationships between businesses seeking entry-level employees and graduating high school seniors with disabilities. Phoenix Union High School District (PUHSD) alongside UnitedHealthcare & CityScape have developed this innovative transition services program pairing curriculum based vocational rehabilitation with multiple real world work experiences/internships.
