Dec. 7 – Jefferson Pointe welcomes Instant Customizations Station, Bimi Bistro and YATS

December 7, 2022 - Greater Fort Wayne Business Weekly

Instant Customizations Station and Bimi Bistro are the newest tenants at Jefferson Pointe along West Jefferson Boulevard, Fort Wayne. YATS Cajun-Creole food will open soon. RED Development made that announcement Dec. 7.

Instant Customizations Station — described as “the one-stop shop for all things customized” — occupies a 2,400-square-foot space across the street from AMC’s theater and Beer Barrel Pizza. The shop offers customers the ability to customize select items for gifts.

“We have been serving the Indiana community for the past two years, so we are excited for the opportunity to join the Jefferson Pointe shopping center and serve the residents of Fort Wayne,” Amin Mohamed, manager of Instant Customizations Station, said.

Bimi Bistro, the classic Tonkotsu Ramen restaurant, is also open on the property. The dining outlet serves a variety of hibachi, bento boxes, udon, soups, salads and more.

YATS, a locally owned Cajun-Creole restaurant, is opening soon on property. Hailing from Indianapolis, the concept has expanded to 14 locations across the Midwest, serving New Orleans inspired étouffées with a touch of Southern spice.

Star Nails, a specialty beauty salon offering nail technician services, has relocated on property, next to GameStop.

Jefferson Pointe is a 541,040 square-foot, open-air shopping center at 4130 W. Jefferson Blvd. Visit reddevelopment.com/jefferson-pointe for more information.
