Fort Wayne Arts Festival
Applications are now being accepted for The Fort Wayne Arts Festival at Jefferson Pointe …an exclusive juried outdoor festival showcasing the master works of local and regional fine artists. Offerings include an array of works in clay, fiber, photography, painting, sculpture, jewelry, metal, wood, glass, printmaking, and drawing.
Nestled within the lush, classic Courtyard throughout the Jefferson Pointe Shopping Center on Fort Wayne’s southwest side. To be considered for this popular, upscale event artists must submit a completed application form, images of their work, and a $25 non-refundable jury fee. Application deadline is May 6th.
This is a rain or shine event. Spaces are limited. Notification of acceptance June 3rd 2022.
Founded in 2000 by local independent curator, Teri Marquart, The Fort Wayne Arts Festival at Jefferson Pointe is known for featuring masterful creations executed in an array of mediums. Offerings from 40+ local and regional fine artists include wood, glass, clay, fiber, oil/acrylic, watercolor, printmaking, sculpture, jewelry, assemblage, encaustic, photography/digital, drawing, and mixed media.
On hiatus for 10 years, 2017 marked the successful return of this prestigious juried outdoor show. Located in the lush Courtyard throughout the Jefferson Pointe Shopping Center…Fort Wayne’s only upscale lifestyle outdoor mall. Last year over 10,000 people enjoyed this intimate setting which allows for easy interaction between artist and Festival-goer. With so many wonderful one-of-a-kind works of art to choose from, the Festival caters to the gift-giver as well as the serious collector. From established, award-winning artists to newly emerging and aspiring student artists…selections are vast and varied!
