FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
The Team Member is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience for each Red mango guest by ensuring their shifts provide refreshing, healthy, premium treats in an upbeat and clean environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned by management.
- Models behaviors that are genuine, friendly, timely, accurate and customer-focused.
- Determine customers’ needs and follow-up to ensure they are met.
- Maintain the store appearance, maintenance and atmosphere. Which includes cleaning.
- Delivers operational standards effectively to fellow team members through effective communication.
- Consistently follows all standards and policies on their shifts.
- Follows cash handling procedures and safeguards company assets.
- Effectively and professionally communicates with customers, management, store team, corporate office staff and business partners.
- Utilizes management team, information tools and other information to answer customer questions and gain further knowledge of our company and products.
- Supports the manager and shift team in driving the implementation of company programs to meet operational objectives.
- Quick service restaurant experience preferred.
- Strong customer service values and skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all types of people
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to achieve goals
- Ability to work varied shifts and days of the week.
- Has a “drive for results” attitude.
