Every Wednesday evening from February 18 through March 18, experience [solidcore]&#8217;s signature high-intensity, low-impact workout in the fresh air.<\/p>\n<p>[solidcore]&#8217;s expert instructors will guide participants through a challenging full-body mat Pilates session designed to build strength, endurance, and definition.
