Class Description:
Join Megan‘s Yoga Tribe for a unique, heart-centered experience with our FREE Community Yoga Variety Class! Explore a blend of styles in this 60-minute “yoga potluck” session featuring our talented instructors.

– You will be guided through calming meditation and breathwork.

– Then move into an invigorating yoga flow.

– Next you will feel energized and strong with yoga sculpt.
– Last you will unwind with Yin and a soothing Savasana.
