Uptown Dallas’ just opened Union office tower has landed two more tenants.
TH Real Estate and Black Creek Group are moving their offices to the 22-story building at Cedar Springs Road and North Field Street.
TH Real Estate, an affiliate of the Nuveen investment arm of TIAA, has leased 3,600 square feet in the high-rise.
And Black Creek Group, a real estate investment management and development firm, is taking 3,000 square feet in the project.
