Tom Thumb is opening its first urban store in Uptown with a mission to stand ready to handle some of life’s daily errands for people who work and live in The Union.
Tom Thumb will open on April 5 as part of the third and final phase of The Union’s $350 million office, residential and restaurant complex, said Mike Ebert, CEO of RED Development. The Henry restaurant opened in February and is anchoring a restaurant courtyard that the developer believes will become a new center of the dining out business in Uptown.
