Presented by Woodhouse, this frightfully fun event features trick-or-treating, enchanting characters, face painting, balloon twisters, and exciting gift card giveaways along Davenport Street! Don’t miss the free concert by the High Heel Band in the Amphitheater, sponsored by Children’s Nebraska.
