\nYoga mat and water bottle<\/p>\n

Class is FREE for all students, and pre-registration is required! REGISTER HERE! <\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Class Description:\u00a0<\/strong>
\n 30 minute cardio\u00a0+ strength class. Good for all levels, no previous experience required. Participants will experience a cardio\u00a0+ strength\u00a0workout using weights and resistance bands. Please bring a yoga mat.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
