Strength Saturdays is starting back up in the Village Pointe Amphitheater sponsored by Children’s Nebraska! Enjoy FREE outdoor fitness classes, giveaways, and more!
What to bring:
Please bring a mat and water.
Class Description:
Our Cardio Sculpt format consists of cardio moves mixed in with strength combos for 45 minutes to the beat of the music. You’ll warm up to a full 3 minutes of low intensity cardio, burn out with medium weight strength combos, and finish with high energy cardio combos. We use a light, medium, and heavy set of weights in this class for a total body workout.
