✨ Class Description:
My studio, Forme402, focuses on high-intensity, low-impact movement designed for functional longevity. This setting will be a great way to showcase how intentional, controlled movement can be as challenging and rewarding as high-impact workouts.

📝 Registration & Waiver Information:
Participants may be required to complete a waiver through the hosting fitness provider either during registration or upon arrival at the event prior to participating in class.
