✨ Class Description:
BLUSH Boot Camp brings the energy with fun, full-body workouts made for women of all fitness levels. Every session mixes strength, cardio, and functional moves to help you build muscle, burn fat, and feel strong. Add in hype coaches and a community that’s got your back, and you’ve got workouts that are challenging, empowering and never boring!

📝 Registration & Waiver Information:
Participants may be required to complete a waiver through the hosting fitness provider either during registration or upon arrival at the event prior to participating in class.
