The planned land development is located in Deer Valley (North Phoenix) off of I-17 and just 4 miles north of AZ Loop 101, two of the busiest highways in the valley metro area. Jomax & I-17 sits between the Deer Valley and North Black Canyon employment centers with major employers such as USAA Insurance and Cigna. Arizona’s second busiest airport, Deer Valley Airport is located approximately 5 miles south of the development. A new Fry’s Marketplace and Fry’s Fuel Center is planned for a portion of the development.
