Recently, RED Development acquired The Shops at Hilton Village, a well-situated property on high-impact Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale, AZ, a prime target for RED’s specialty – unlocking hidden value through strategic updates and smart remerchandising. Another recent acquisition, The Shops at Town & Country in Phoenix, also is realizing new value with a brand new Whole Foods Market and two energy-filled new restaurants.

CHANGING THE LANDSCAPE
Most recently, RED Development completed The Union, which straddles the border between Uptown and Downtown Dallas. This engaging mixed-use development is changing the very landscape of the Dallas skyline.
Currently, RED is shaping two projects including the largest retail development between Dallas and Oklahoma City – Rayzor Ranch Town Center in fast-growing Denton as well as Block 23 in Phoenix. Expanding upon its iconic 1.2 million square foot Cityscape property, Block 23 will add 200,000 square feet of mixed-use development to the Phoenix skyline, including its first grocery store in downtown.
