CHANGING THE LANDSCAPE
Most notably, RED was the developer behind CityScape, the first vertically integrated mixed-use project in downtown Phoenix, AZ. Expanding upon the iconic 1.2 million square foot Cityscape property, Block 23 at CityScape added 200,000 square feet of mixed-use development to the Phoenix skyline, including the first grocery store in the downtown city center.
Additionally, The Union Dallas, which straddles the border between Uptown and Downtown Dallas, TX, transformed the skyline and brought the first urban grocery store to the market.
Current mixed-use projects underway include the mega, mixed-use redevelopment of the former 93-acre+ Paradise Valley Mall in Phoenix, AZ; The Grove at the prestigious corner of 44th and Camelback Road in Phoenix, AZ, home to the first-ever boutique hotel by acclaimed restaurateur, Sam Fox; and Tempe Depot in Tempe, AZ, the first multimodal site in Greater Phoenix with connections to the light rail, streetcar and commuter bus stop systems.
