PRASADA

Prasada is the retail component of a 3,355-acre master-planned development that will bring medical services, hospitality, residential and employment to the rapidly growing community of Surprise, Arizona. The mixed-use retail development will become a regional destination for shopping, dining and entertainment. More than 700 acres will be dedicated for commercial uses, including neighborhood and power centers, an auto mall, a regional shopping center, a hospital, office and hospitality components.

Prasada will be different from other retail developments in the metro Phoenix area because it will be designed, built and maintained to reflect the distinct needs of the surrounding community. This shopping destination is part of a detailed, master-planned development that will provide a balance of housing, parks and open spaces, lakes, trail systems, school sites and employment centers. This type of development will allow people to live, work and play all within one concentrated area.

Prasada is a joint venture between RED Development, Macerich and WDP.
