The redevelopment going up where Paradise Valley Mall once stood will simply be called PV. The company behind the project, RED Development, unveiled the name and a simple gray logo on Tuesday.
The 43-year old mall in northeast Phoenix was torn down last year and work is underway on the first phase of redevelopment that will include luxury apartments, a Whole Foods Market and a Harkins dine-in luxury theatre.
PV’s first phase is expected to open mid-2024.
